Customer Care Service Head
Customer Care Service Head in "VEON Armenia" (trademark Beeline). Prior to joining the Company, she worked in the Embassies of China and Egypt. Anna Avetisyan started her career in Beeline in 1996 as the head of the Customer Care Department. During her work in the company she has successfully implemented strategic projects. She has implemented ISO certification system standards, created a single Customer Support Center (Call Center), designed and implemented self-service IVR systems (Interactive Voice Responce), introduced alternative service channels (Online consultant, Facebook) and the common standard telephone service for clients, etc.
Graduated from Yerevan State University of Foreign Languages named after V.Y. Bryusov.
