You can change telephone number any time via «Number Replacement» service. For physical bodies subscribers of prepaid and postpaid systems the Number replacement is implemented on the basis of written application with visitation of cell phone number owner or attorney-in-fact of owner (with a letter of attorney, certified by notary) in Beeline Customer Care Office.
In case the subscriber is a physical entity:
- submits passport;
- if the applying person is not the owner, he submits a notarized authorization;
- pays the depth on the account;
- fills in the application for number change;
- pays the amount for service provision.
One-time fee is 700 AMD.
Payment for number selection is charged in case the selected number is missing from the list of numbers offered in Sales and Customer Care Offices of the Company.
Payment for “Nice” numbers selection (“Bronze”, “Silver”, “Gold”, “Platinum”, “Brilliant”) is also separately charged in case the selected number is missing from the list of numbers offered in Sales and Customer Care Offices of the Company.
