Based on the state of emergency and taking care of its customers, Beeline made changes in the service blocking process.
For postpaid subscribers, Beeline has postponed the deadlines for mobile and fixed Internet, as well as fixed telephony.
To use communication services you must know the following!
To avoid blocking of the communication services, the overdue accounts for the provided services must be paid according to the following schedule:
- for postpaid mobile services, as well as the COMBO packages - until April 19 of this year.
- for fixed Internet - until April 25 of this year.
- for fixed phone - until May 7 of this year.
- For fixed Internet within COMBO prepaid package, if the COMBO package has expired - until April 19 of this year.
All services above will be available until the date of the specified month according to the payment schedule.
In case of non-payment of bills within the prescribed period, the provision of communication services will be blocked.
Postpaid fixed telephony and internet services will be available after paying the overdue bills.
